In 2024 Days on the Dirt are excited to be delivering more than ever before

Ever wondered how the hell you could get into off-road riding, like Motocross or Enduro?! Well this is how!! We’re giving you the opportunity to join like-minded women for a day of getting to grips with motocross. You’ll leave with the skills and knowledge you need to really get into off-road riding, as well as having had a lot of fun!

You can take part in Days on the Dirt from the age of 13 and you do not need to hold a licence, as it all takes place off-road.

These all take place in at Greenfield Dirt Track, Lincolnshire.

Who is this training suitable for?

Ideally, those who are already competent on a motorcycle and are able to ride a geared bike. No off-road riding experience is required- just to be relatively comfortable on a motorcycle.

What’s the day like?

Each day begins by discussing goals and developing a better understanding of Motocross. The main chunk of the day will then emphasise on improving the basic skill-sets required for riding motocross, which are transferable to many other motorcycle disciplines. This will be done through a mixture of short and longer drills, open riding and making use of all the tracks on offer, which will encourage the use of different techniques. Followed by some free riding and longer track sessions, with constant advice and tips from the instructors.

At Days on the Dirt our primary goal is to have an awesome days riding, leaving all the women walking away with huge smiles, but knackered from so much riding. As a by-product of all this we hope to build their confidence levels up enough, to encourage them all to take the next step at off-road riding and do another experience on a larger bike.

Included in the days fee, is use of the track facilities, the use of a Honda CRF125, fuel, a steel shoe, kit (if needed), snacks, and drinks. Participants will also receive a free goody bag!

We advise participants to arrive from 9am, for a 9:30 start. The day's riding will wrap up at around 4:00pm.

Once booked on you will receive a confirmation email, with all you need to know prior to your training day.
